Who is Zentry® built for?
Mid-to-large Indian industrial plants, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemicals, food and FMCG, electronics, metals and heavy industry. Primary buyers are Security Heads, EHS Heads, HR / Time Office Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads and CFO / Delivery Heads. Zentry does not serve office buildings, hospitals or shopping malls.
Is Zentry® data residency compliant with DPDPA 2023?
Yes. The Cloud edition stores all personally identifiable information on India-resident infrastructure with multi-availability-zone redundancy. The platform supports in-product consent capture, granular consent withdrawal and right-to-erasure workflows mapped to the DPDPA 2023 framework.
What does Zentry® replace at the plant gate?
Paper visitor registers, manual CLRA muster rolls, scattered vehicle gate-pass books, whiteboard inductions, Excel-based contractor tracking, and legacy access-and-attendance systems such as STK, DACS and BioTime for biometric and access, and ARS Audience Response Systems for legacy batch training. Typical total cost of ownership saving versus the sum-of-parts is 30–45 percent.
How does Zentry® work with our existing biometric or RFID hardware?
Zentry® is hardware-agnostic at the edge. The Gate controller integrates with the leading biometric, RFID, turnstile, face-recognition and ANPR systems used in Indian plants, including ZKTeco, Suprema, Matrix, ESSL, Honeywell, Hikvision and Milesight. You do not need to replace your existing hardware.
What's the difference between Sitewide, Sitewide+ and Enterprise?
Sitewide is Pass + Gate + Drive, visitor, access and vehicle for a single plant. Sitewide+ adds Induct, Learn and Worksheet for the full suite at a single plant. Enterprise is Sitewide+ across five or more plants with a central console for cross-plant policy management, executive reporting and consolidated audit views.
Is Zentry® available on-premise as well as cloud?
Yes. Pass, Gate, Drive and Worksheet are available in both Cloud and On-Premise editions. Induct is on-premise only, the kiosk runs at the plant gate with offline capability. Learn is cloud-only. The On-Premise edition runs on customer-managed Kubernetes or VM infrastructure.
Which statutes does Zentry® produce evidence for?
Eleven statutes: CLRA 1970 (Forms XIII–XXIII auto-generated), Factories Act 1948 §41B and §41C (MAH unit evidence), Schedule M revised 2024 (pharma GMP induction trail), IATF 16949 (access control logs), IS 14489 (OSH audit code), MSIHC 1989 (chemical contractor governance), OSH Code 2020, DPDPA 2023 (visitor PII handling), FSSAI Schedule 4 (food and FMCG), SEBI BRSR (workforce disclosures), and GST e-Way Bill (vehicle inbound matching).
Is Worksheet a timesheet system or something different?
Worksheet is the project and time intelligence layer that turns gate events into rupee terms. It is anchored to Gate in/out events rather than self-reported time, so the underlying time evidence is the actual gate read, not a worker-entered cell in a spreadsheet. It is designed for plant CFOs, COOs and PMO heads who need project P&L, billable categorisation, utilisation, and rework visibility on top of the workforce data Zentry already captures.
Which regions in India does Zentry® serve at launch?
Phase 1 (months 0–12) focuses on three Indian industrial clusters: Pune-Chakan-Aurangabad (auto), Hyderabad-Vizag (pharma and chemicals), and Chennai-Sriperumbudur (auto and electronics). Phase 2 extends partner-led to the UAE; Phase 3 reaches the United States via Indo-MNC plant relationships.
How quickly can a plant go live on Zentry®?
A typical Sitewide deployment goes live in 4–8 weeks from contract sign-off, depending on hardware integration scope and gate count. Sitewide+ adds 2–4 weeks for Induct kiosk installation and Learn content loading. Enterprise multi-plant rollouts are sequenced cluster-by-cluster with central console enablement in the final phase.
